CATERING AT THE EDELWEISS CLUB

Innovations Catering is proud to be the exclusive in-house caterer for the Victoria Edelweiss Club.

Together, the Edelweiss Club and Innovations Catering offer banquet packages for both large and small groups.

The large banquet hall has a wonderful 'old world' ambiance and features one of the best and biggest dance floors in Victoria. The hall has a large stage, onsite parking, and the washroom facilities have been updated.

The large banquet hall is ideal for banquets ranging in size from 100 to 250 people, and the Edelweiss Club is well known for hosting weddings, Christmas parties, dinner dances, and special events.

The upper lounge (2nd floor) and choir room (3rd floor) offer banquet facilities for groups from 10 to 75 people. Please note that the Edelweiss Club does not have an elevator.

BANQUET PACKAGES AT THE VICTORIA EDELWEISS CLUB

Innovations catering offers banquet packages starting at $29.50 per person. All quoted prices are based on a minimum of 100 guests, and are subject to change. Please inquire into rates for groups under 100 guests.

All banquet packages include hall rental with dining capacity of up to 250 guests, set up and clean up of facilities, tables and chairs, all table linens with your choice of coloured linen napkins, banquet and head table skirting, dishes, cutlery and glassware, professional serving staff, full service bar (see below) and choice of buffet menu.

Basic Buffet Package - $29.50/person* plus HST and 15% Gratuity

Classic Buffet Package - $33.00/person* plus HST and 15% Gratuity

SEASONAL DECORATIONS

• During the Christmas season, the Edelweiss Club is always decorated in festive theme and looks absolutely wonderful. Reservations are typically required a year in advance for Christmas parties. Please email for availability.


• During the popular summer wedding season, the Edelweiss Club will often have some basic wedding decorations in place such as twinkle lighting woven in toule streaming from the wooden rafters. Innovations Catering also offers complete wedding decorating services to help eliminate stress on your very special day.
